Responsibilities * Meet sales & performance goals as established. * Solicits warm leads for new business. * Develop insurance quotes and finalize policies. * Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity. * Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. * Be outstanding at relationship building.
