Full description of the position

Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators. * Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and follow-up. * Recommend appropriate tires and maintenance services based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and usage patterns. * Develop sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. * Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies (e.g., TPMS, retreading, fleet services). * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Use CRM tools and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance. Requirements: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently. * Prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred. * Basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn. * Ability to travel locally for customer visits. * Must be at least 21 years old.
