Location: Waco, TX Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Base Salary $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + Commissions Schedule: Standard business hours, with flexibility before/after as needed Remote Role with occasional in-person meetings Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Waco , TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving strategic business growth within the region. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive regional market expansion * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships. * Understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services. * Present and promote products and services to prospective clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and drive results. * Proven track record in building client relationships and expanding business portfolios. * Knowledge of the San Antonio market. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
