Full description of the position

Join Our Team as an Account Manager! Are you skilled at managing fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy, organization, and strong client relationships? As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, coordinating event details, and contributing to successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Provide audiovisual solutions for meetings, events, and exhibitors. * Prepare accurate rental orders, estimates, and related documentation. * Collaborate with clients to address order changes, pricing questions, and project updates while prioritizing client satisfaction. * Coordinate with internal teams to support event planning, logistics, and execution. * Actively participate in team meetings and scheduled calls. * Stay informed on industry trends and initiatives within audiovisual rentals. * Maintain organized records, activity reporting, and follow established company processes. * Collaborate with sales to support account growth and new business opportunities. * Assist with the development and coordination of event proposals and project scopes. * Cultivate professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners. * Support cross-functional teams to align on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables. * Demonstrate a willingness to learn with strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements: * Experience in audiovisual is a plus but not required -- training will be provided for the right candidate. * Experience in hospitality, events, or client-facing roles preferred. * Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. * Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week). * Willingness to travel as needed.
