Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for speaking to customers, generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with customers. Duties: - Conduct outbound calls to potential and active customers to introduce our services - Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the interactions you have - Meet or exceed sales targets regularly - Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus) - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission.
