What You 'll Do As an Inside Sales Closer / Telemarketer, you will: * Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with homeowners who need real solutions. * Qualify leads, control the conversation, and sell service agreements for our residential repair crews. * Overcome objections confidently using proven scripts, rebuttals, and frameworks (we provide the system -- you bring the edge). * Follow up relentlessly using structured cadences inside HubSpot CRM. * Hit daily activity targets and crush weekly conversion goals. * Compete, improve, and push yourself every single week. Who We 're Looking For We want closers , not talkers. Must-Haves: * Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call centers, or high-volume phone sales. * Strong objection-handling skills and comfort asking for commitment. * Competitive mindset -- you like metrics, leaderboards, and being the best. * Coachable, disciplined, and consistent. * Comfortable working in a structured sales process with accountability. Nice-to-Haves: * Home services, construction, or remodeling sales experience. * Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. * Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks.
