Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals to contribute to the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. * Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present our products or services. * Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. * Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. * Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. * Collaborate with team members to build pipeline and close deals. * Provide product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and features of our offerings. * Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. * Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process. Qualifications: * Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota. * Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. * Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong listening and presentation skills. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
