Pay Range

We're hiring 3 people into our Tampa-based leadership track focused specifically on auto and home insurance. You'll start as a licensed agent, master sales fundamentals, and receive hands-on mentorship with fast-tracked leadership opportunities. What You'll Do

- Consult with customers shopping for auto and home insurance policies - Convert inbound leads into closed personal lines policies using proven scripts and systems - Participate in leadership shadowing, sales coaching, and structured career planning - Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-reward team environment What You 'll Need - A hunger for personal growth and a long-term career path in insurance - Strong communication and leadership potential - Phone sales experience is a strong plus - Bachelor's degree or prior sales experience preferred, but not required - A Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days -- we'll guide you) Perks &
