Company Overview Large Ford dealership that serves the South King and Pierce County area. Summary We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our fleet sales operations, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships with businesses. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets. * Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with fleet customers. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fleet offerings. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. * Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. * Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices. * Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B or fleet vehicle environments. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of automobile sales processes is preferred. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A passion for customer service and relationship building. * Call-To-Action If you're ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact at , we invite you to apply today!
