As a Customer Service Representative, you will directly present telecom service options to business clients and reinforce all existing long-term relationships. With a focus on customer service and sales, the Customer Service Represenative will present and promote a wide range of AT&T products, from wireless solutions to internet packages, ensuring that every customer receives the right service to support their needs. Customer Service Representative Role Responsibilities * Conduct in-person consultations with business customers to understand service needs and present AT&T telecom solutions. * Drive product knowledge discussions to support informed purchasing decisions. * Deliver a high level of customer service while executing B2B sales objectives. * Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and conversions. * Support follow-ups, account reviews, and service updates with professionalism. * Collaborate with campaign leaders to ensure goal alignment and consistent messaging. * Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions and field activities. * Provide feedback to management to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
