We are currently looking for a Selling Sales Manager at BOPAT c/o BCES Global. This individual plays a dual role: leading and mentoring Electrical Solution Providers (ESP) while actively engaging in sales activities. The primary focus of this role is to grow the Customer Maintenance Base by driving strategic sales initiatives and developing high-performing sales talent. The Selling Sales Manager reports to the local General Manager and works in close partnership with BCES Global Chief Executive Officer serving as an extension of the CESO in executing strategic initiatives. The Selling Sales Leader must be a hands-on contributor to revenue growth, demonstrating excellence in sales execution while supporting the team's performance. A high-performing Selling Sales Manager must own and actively manage a personal portfolio of customers , demonstrating leadership through direct engagement and execution of the 9 Steps to Guaranteed Success. Encourage sales team members to be Diamond Award Recipients. * Review sales quotas and performance goals with the team. * Conduct weekly sales meetings to create a Team atmosphere and collaboration. Encourage sales team to work together. * Review and Maintain the Customer Maintenance Base: Ensure every account is actively managed, with a designated sales representative assigned and accountable for performance and growth. * Own and Pursue House Accounts: Maintain strong, strategic relationships with House accounts, driving retention, upselling, and long-term value creation. * Deliver Exceptional Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address client needs, resolve issues with urgency, and ensure a seamless customer experience. * Understand and Anticipate Customer Needs: Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer requirements, industry dynamics, and market trends to position BCES Global as a trusted partner. * Engage directly in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals with precision and urgency. * Build and sustain strategic relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers to strengthen BOPAT c/o BCES Global's market position. * Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to expand the Customer Maintenance Base and drive consistent revenue growth. * Collaborate with the Operations and General Manager to review OPS Team selling dashboards, ensuring proposals are issued promptly and that all pending award work is actively managed and closed. * Recruit, train, and onboard new ESP sales team members. * Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance, ESP and DES (Technical Electrical Solutions) * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. * Ensure team members meet established performance objectives; if objectives are consistently unmet, initiate appropriate corrective actions, which may include termination. * Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement for the sales rep. * Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics. * Network and collaborate with other BCES Selling Sales Managers Qualifications: * 5+ years previous B2B sales experience * Strong technical background in electrical systems, electrical asset management, and maintenance, with hands-on experience in managing complex electrical infrastructure maintenance projects. * Demonstrated ability to bridge technical knowledge with business development, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in electrical distribution environments. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and compliance standards, guiding teams through maintenance and asset lifecycle strategies. * Prior managerial experience preferred * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding aggressive sales targets in leadership roles. * Expert in strategic selling and consultative relationship management, with a history of converting prospects into long-term, high-value clients. * Exceptional communicator and negotiator, skilled in delivering persuasive presentations to executive-level stakeholders. * Dynamic leader with a talent for building high-performing teams, fostering accountability, and inspiring excellence. * Advanced proficiency in MONDAY CRM and data-driven sales analytics, leveraging insights to optimize pipeline performance. * Culture builder and motivator, recognized for creating positive, collaborative environments that boost morale and productivity.
