As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Print Sales Representative to join our professional team. Job Summary The Print Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and helping customers find creative solutions for their print and marketing needs. This role requires experience with print quoting, production processes, and sales strategy. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Prospect and generate new leads within assigned territories * Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals * Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals * Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities * Represent the company at community and networking events Qualifications * 2+ years of sales experience (print industry experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of print production and quoting * Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills * Motivated self-starter with proven success in outside sales * Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation required * Must pass a criminal background check Benefits * Vision and dental insurance upon hire * Health insurance stipend of $200 after six months of employment * 401K with company match * Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance * Paid Time Off * Unlimited commissions * Business stipend for Chamber Events, Expo's and other client events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you currently have a book of businesses?
