Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth efforts. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Hudson, WI and surrounding communities! This rockstar is an outgoing, goal-oriented individual who wants to accelerate their career growth and grow your income with unlimited bonus and commission opportunities including an ongoing payment structure to sustain your income! (Key Responsibilities) Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn or other social channels. Identify and qualify potential clients, referral partners, and business opportunities Introduce Care Companies to prospective partners Schedule discovery calls or handoffs with leadership or sales teams Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM or spreadsheets Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward The Must Haves : * Must be committed to providing exceptional service and solid judgment and skills to a variety of clients, and company needs. * Must be enthusiastic, persistent, and have exceptional verbal communication skills The Fine Print (Qualifications): Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Experience in senior services, home health, and Human Resources services.
