The Opportunity As a Business Development Representative , you will operate as a trusted advisor to senior executives, owning the full revenue lifecycle from relationship development through close and handoff. This is not an SDR role. This is a senior, consultative sales role designed for professionals who are comfortable navigating sophisticated buying decisions at the executive level. You will: * Leverage existing relationships and develop new executive connections * Lead discovery conversations focused on financial infrastructure, scale, and performance * Position ROSE as a longterm strategic solution-not a point product * Drive new client relationships across GovCon, NFP, and growth sectors What You'll Do * Build and manage seniorlevel relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Executive Directors * Originate, qualify, and close new FaaS engagements * Conduct executive discovery and valuebased sales conversations * Deliver compelling, outcomeoriented presentations * Build and manage a highquality pipeline using HubSpot CRM * Partner with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure seamless client transitions * Contribute to strategic marketing and growth initiatives as a senior commercial voice What We're Looking For ExperienceBackground * 4-10+ years in banking, professional services, or financial SaaS sales * Proven success selling complex financial solutions to senior executives * Experience in longcycle, consultative sales environments * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field * Ideal Differentiators * Existing Rolodex in DC GovCon , Nonprofits , or Growth / PEbacked companies * Strong executive presence and credibility * Ability to translate financial complexity into strategic outcomes * Highly selfdirected with disciplined pipeline ownership CompensationGrowth ROSE is intentionally competitive for the right senior talent. * Strong base salary (commensurate with experience) * Aggressive, uncapped incentive compensation * Clear upside for selfstarters who bring relationships and close business * Longterm growth opportunities as ROSE scales nationally This role rewards ownership, initiative, and results.
