We're looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Sales / Estimator. In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our company, meeting customers, assessing their lawn and landscape needs, and providing accurate, professional estimates. If you have great communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for the green industry, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess lawn and landscape service needs * Prepare and present detailed estimates for maintenance, installations, and enhancements * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience * Collaborate with our operations team to schedule and manage approved jobs * Maintain accurate records of estimates, customer interactions, and job details * Follow up on open leads and provide timely responses to client inquiries * Uphold company values of safety, integrity, and quality service Qualifications: * Valid driver's license (required) * 2+ years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related field (preferred) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Detail-oriented and organized with good time management * Knowledge of plants, turf, and landscape materials is a plus * Comfortable using tablets, phones, or computers for estimates and scheduling * Dependable, professional, and motivated to grow within the company Pay & Schedule: * Base pay $25 + commission (based on experience and performance) * 40 hours a week (Monday-Thursday) * Available Fridays on call/as needed Join our crew: If you're outgoing, motivated, and ready to grow with a supportive team, Cruz Lawn and Tree is the place for you.
