Telephone Sales Representative - Inside Sales & Scheduling Support

Compensation

In this role, you'll make outbound calls , set and confirm appointments , and coordinate sales schedules --all while earning base pay plus commission and bonuses. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up with leads
• Set, confirm, and reschedule customer appointments
• Coordinate sales team calendars and manage scheduling details
• Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system
• Create and update reports using Microsoft Excel
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication over the phone
• Support the sales team in reaching goals and ensuring smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telephone sales, appointment setting, or customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with CRM software (e.g., NetSuite, or similar)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Goal-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
