We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, identifying property owners interested in our property management services, and providing them with quotes. Responsibilities: * Conduct cold calls to property owners to generate new business leads. * Identify and qualify potential clients interested in property management services. * Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients. * Provide quotes to property owners. * Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Ability to work independently. * Knowledge of the property management industry is a plus.
