About Tip Top Roofing Tip Top Roofing is a trusted, locally established roofing company serving our community with professional inspections, quality workmanship, and a strong reputation for integrity. We are currently launching a W2 Canvasser Position to generate homeowner appointments for roof inspections and estimates. About the Opportunity This is a performance-based, W2 Position for individuals who are comfortable speaking with homeowners and generating interest in roof inspections. Compensation is paid per kept appointment only. There is no hourly pay, no salary, and no guaranteed volume of work. You determine your pay with your effort. Compensation * $50 -$75 per KEPT appointment * Payment issued after the appointment occurs * No earnings cap * Performance incentives may be available Kept appointment definition: The homeowner is present at the scheduled time and the Tip Top Roofing inspection or estimate takes place. Earning potential varies based on effort, availability, and results. Scope of Work * Conduct door-to-door outreach in approved neighborhoods * Speak with homeowners about roof inspections and exterior concerns * Schedule inspection or estimate appointments for Tip Top Roofing * Confirm appointments prior to the scheduled time * Represent the company professionally and respectfully W2 Canvassers will be working Tuesday- Saturday from 9-5 * Comfortable engaging homeowners in person * Self-directed and reliable * Able to work independently * Professional demeanor * Prior canvassing or sales experience is helpful but not required Branding & Appearance * Tip Top Roofing branded shirts may be provided for Employee * Employee benefits after 90 days * Employee schedule is Tuesday-Saturday * Payment is strictly tied to completed, qualifying appointments * Appointment quality is reviewed before payment approval Why Work With Tip Top Roofing * Simple, transparent pay structure * Immediate opportunity to earn based on performance * Potential for longer-term opportunity if the pilot is successful Job Type: Full-time Pay: $200.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-the-job training * Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
