Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Service Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and providing exceptional client experiences demonstrating our "cryoslimming" technology. Our mission is to create value for our clients, team members, and the community by improving people's lives with cryotherapy. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to engage customers effectively. We will provide you with clients who have purchased introductory packages and you will be responsible for using our proprietary "Sales Process" to demonstrate how this amazing service will provide the introductory client with the results they are looking for from our services! Compensation * Earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually. Spa Specialists are paid a base pay against a commission and bonus structure. We are focused on a mission to create value by providing growth opportunities to our Spa Specialists first. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate New Client Package. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of various offerings. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Maintain an organized retail and slimming service space. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient sales experience. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Maintain knowledge of our service product and equipment. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and package sales procedures is essential. * Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Strong phone etiquette is necessary for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Basic math skills are required for accurate transaction processing and sales management. * A background in hospitality or similar environments can be beneficial.
