Sales Representative (StretchLab Hillcrest - Perfect for College Students!) The Role As a Sales Representative, you'll be the welcoming face of StretchLab -- connecting with new members, booking intro stretches, and helping our community reach their health and wellness goals. You'll work closely with the General/Sales Manager to drive membership growth and provide an exceptional studio experience. *Think of this as your launchpad into the business side of fitness -- where you'll learn real sales strategies, CRM tools, and communication skills that will stand out on any resume.What You'll Do * Lead with energy -- greet every guest and member with enthusiasm * Support the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and closing * Book and confirm intro stretches and manage front-desk operations * Give engaging studio tours and build relationships with prospects * Hit and exceed monthly sales goals (we'll train you how!) * Represent StretchLab at fun local events, pop-ups, and wellness fairs * Keep the studio tidy and inviting for every client What We 're Looking For * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills * Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve personal and team targets * Ability to learn and use CRM software * Comfortable speaking with people in-person, by phone, and email * Positive, coachable attitude -- we'll help you grow! * Fitness or wellness interest a plus -- but not required Perks & Growth * Competitive base pay + commission * Free or discounted StretchLab membership * Learn real-world business and sales skills in a fun, supportive environment * Opportunities for career growth into management or corporate roles Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
