Role: Director of Business Development Manager: Executive Vice President of Retail & Marketing Company: In Good Health is a leading cannabis company in Massachusetts since 2015. IGH cultivates and manufactures cannabis products in a 56,000 square foot production facility; and operates 3 co-located (medical and recreational) retail dispensaries in Brockton, Sandwich, and Taunton. Summary: The Business Development role focuses on driving company growth by finding new opportunities, forging partnerships, and creating strategy with the hyper-focused goal of driving foot traffic to In Good Health's retail dispensaries and online ordering platform. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive business development plans and growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with local businesses and institutions to implement marketing programs that drive brand awareness and call to action. - Point Person for the Brockton, Sandwich, and Taunton Chamber of Commerce. Build, nurture, develop, and find new ways to collaborate with Chamber businesses. - Work with marketing and sales teams to align goals, increase brand reach, and meet the needs of prospective customers. - Develop and execute promotions or unique offerings to attract new business. - Identify new markets, analyze trends, and monitor competition. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and report on pipeline progress. - Monitor budgets for Business Development activities to ensure optimal return on investment.
