About the Role

: We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to sell our staffing services to local businesses. In this role, you'll be in the field building connections, closing deals, and managing accounts to make sure our clients are thrilled with our service. If you're the type who can't sit still, loves meeting new people, and thrives on turning "no" into "yes," you'll fit right in. What You 'll Do:

• Prospect and cold call businesses in your territory to promote our staffing solutions
• Meet with decision-makers, present services, and negotiate agreements
• Manage new accounts after you close them -- ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Track activity, sales pipeline, and results to hit (and exceed) goals
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at networking events and meetings What We 're Looking For:
• You have a big personality -- outgoing, approachable, and great at building rapport
• Proven success in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (staffing industry experience a plus)
• Strong self-motivation -- you're comfortable working independently and on the move
• Resilient -- you handle rejection like a pro and keep pushing forward
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (this is a true outside sales position -- you'll be meeting people face-to-face daily) Perks &
