The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Representative who thrives in high-ticket sales, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and wants uncapped earning potential with real support behind them. What You 'll Do

• Work consistent warm leads while also generating new business through phone calls, door-to-door, and networking
• Deliver professional quotes, build trust, and confidently close deals
• Own your sales pipeline from lead to install -- with a dedicated team supporting you every step of the way
• Provide clean, accurate paperwork to Operations to ensure roofing jobs are scheduled quickly
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant
• Communicate promptly with customers, team members, and leadership
• Follow all sales policies and guidelines in a professional, ethical manner
• Take on additional duties as needed to support team success What We 're Looking For
• 1+ year of sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
• Outgoing, confident personality -- not afraid to start conversations or knock doors
• Coachable attitude -- we provide training; you bring the work ethic
• Self-motivated and proactive in finding new opportunities
• Excellent organization and follow-through
