What We 're Looking For: As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Representative who thrives on prospecting and closing deals to join our team, expand our client base of real estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers, and builders, and drive our growth. What You 'll Do: * Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and leveraging industry connections. * Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients. * Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction. * Drive Revenue Growth: Be a key player in achieving sales goals and contributing to the agency's overall growth.
