Healthcare Telesales Specialist Clearwater, FL Onsite Temp to Hire TempExperts is seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Telesales Specialist to support patients as they begin their at-home recovery process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a call-center environment, excels at patient communication, and enjoys helping individuals feel confident using their prescribed rehab devices. This is an onsite position located in Clearwater, FL. Responsibilities: * Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to patients. * Educate patients on the use of their rehab device and answer questions. * Provide basic billing and insurance clarification. * Deliver empathetic, supportive customer service throughout the patient's recovery process. * Meet and maintain performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. * Utilize CRM/ERP systems to document patient interactions and follow-up needs. Requirements/Education: * Previous telesales or call center experience. * Strong communication and call-control skills. * Proficiency with basic MS 365 Outlook functions, MS Teams navigation, and accurate typing skills. * Positive, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude. * Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL. * Quick learner with experience using CRM/ERP systems. * Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
