Trailer Sales, Service and Parts Coordinator We are seeking motivated, qualified candidates to join our busy trailer dealership! This position will work primarily as an Administrative Assistant to the Service Manager, with crossover support for the sales team. Job Functions: Parts * Help pull parts for service techs and charge them to service orders. * Organize parts * Order parts, receive and restock parts * Sell parts * Help establish reorder points & proactive orders to avoid shortages. Trailer Service * Help enter work order in computer, including all customer and trailer information. * Help with calling customers to get approvals & updates. * Enter all labor & parts to ticket and setup billing. * Call customer when service completed. Warranty Work * Same as above for intake * Contact manufacturer for approval of warranty work. * Coordinate parts for trailer from the manufacturer. * Bill manufacturer and monitor receipt of payment/credit for billing Sales * Answer phones and greet customers. * Complete sales paperwork with customers for trailer purchases. * Complete DMV registration for trailer sales * Prepare files for new inventory and enter them into the computer system. Schedule * Full time Monday through Friday, plus two Saturdays per month from 9-2. * Overtime after 40 hours per week.
