A well-established agricultural services company in Nebraska is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help expand relationships with farmers and producers across the region. This is a confidential search for a stable, growing company that provides high-quality products and services supporting modern on-farm operations. The company has a strong reputation for reliability, service, and long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, producers, and ag operations within a 200-mile radius of Columbus, Nebraska * Identify and pursue new business opportunities for agricultural products, equipment, and farm supply solutions * Conduct regular on-farm visits to assess customer needs and provide consultative sales support * Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery * Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales activity * Represent the company professionally at ag events, co-op meetings, and local trade functions Qualifications * 3+ years of sales experience in agriculture (seed, fertilizer, chemicals, equipment, or related products) * Existing network of relationships with farmers and ag operations strongly preferred * Understanding of seasonal decision cycles and farm operations * Highly self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to travel locally and spend time on the farm with customers * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Join Us * Strong, established customer base and excellent regional reputation * Long-term opportunity with future advancement potential as the company expands to additional locations * Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on customer relationships and long-term growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Travel reimbursement Work Location: In person
