Location: Huxley, IA (local travel required) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Irrigation Sales Representative to grow our residential and commercial irrigation business. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and providing knowledgeable irrigation solutions tailored to customer needs. Key Responsibilities * Generate and manage sales leads for residential and commercial irrigation projects * Meet with customers to assess properties and recommend appropriate irrigation solutions * Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales agreements * Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity * Follow up with customers before, during, and after projects to ensure satisfaction * Stay informed on irrigation products, technology, and industry best practices Qualifications * Previous sales experience preferred; irrigation, construction, or landscape sales preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Comfortable with local travel and on-site customer meetings * Basic computer skills (email, estimating software, or spreadsheets) * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Skills * Knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and water management practices * Experience reading site plans or property layouts * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Why Join Us We are a locally owned company that values integrity, teamwork, and long-term relationships--with both customers and employees.
