Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and drive sales. This role requires a keen understanding of inventory control and retail math, as well as the ability to manage inventory efficiently. A passion for automotive repair is a plus, as you will be assisting customers with their automotive needs. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments. * Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management. * Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize product placement. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. * Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals. * Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge to better assist customers. * Support automotive repair inquiries and provide relevant information when needed. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * Knowledge of inventory control processes and retail math principles. * Experience with cash handling procedures is essential. * Familiarity with automotive repair concepts is a plus but not required. * Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is desirable. * Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective customer interaction. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
