Top Job Located in Mason, OH Salary: $90k Aerospace Customer Success Manager Location: Mason, OH Compensation: $90k Qualifications * 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer support * Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field * Experience in Industrial B2B environments, preferably aerospace or manufacturing * Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers from quote through shipment, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution * Build and maintain strong OEM customer relationships while driving performance in quoting, quality, and delivery * Act as the customer's voice internally, leading cross-functional collaboration to resolve order, quality, and performance issues * Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement * Maintain accurate order and shipment data in the ERP system and provide regular status updates SRGDH Express Office: Cincinnati (Northwest) 3551 Springdale Road Cincinnati, OH 45251
