Marketing Assistant/Inbound Sales Executive: Non-Surgical Cosmetic Procedures PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE APPLYING MD Aesthetics is the premier center for a wide range of non surgical cosmetic procedures like injectables, fillers, PDO threads, Ultherapy, and more! Our center is owned and run by Dr. Anitha Reddy, an award winning physician, master injector, Belladiamond provider, Coolsculpting Master & national trainer. Our sister business Freezeology ( in the same building) is a top rated Coolsculpting & Neo Emsculpt center having been ranked #1 in FL and #2 in the Nation! Our specialty is non-surgical, non-invasive body sculpting but our mission is to help shape confidence :) We are the 1st Coolsculpting Elite practice in Florida and the largest in North America. We are growing and adding a second location! We are looking to for an extraverted MARKETING & SALES EXPERT: a confident, assertive outgoing personality with fantastic phone sales to help manage our marketing efforts and convert the high volume of inbound warm leads we receive for both businesses into complimentary consults. Responsibilities include: Through a friendly, trustworthy consultative sales process, you educate potential patients about our services and treatments. Our inbound leads come into our CRM platform for easy organization and you may converse with them via phone, text and email- whatever they prefer. Your main objective is to convert as many leads as possible into booked consults. You will use the combination of your sales expertise and your gained knowledge of our services and their benefits to connect with these potential clients and book their complimentary consults. You will be able to overcome objections after being trained so you can convey why our center should be their trusted top choice against competitors. Strong follow up and organizational skills a must! :) * Build relationships through trust & education with clients over the telephone and through web communications. Platforms include: 1) warm inbound leads to our CRM, 2) Facebook messages & comments, Instagram messages & comments, 4) phone call inquiries to the business * Convert leads to Booked Complimentary and confirm consultation appointments. * Articulate treatment protocols, benefits, features to potential patients * Partner and collaborate with teammates to provide seamless patient experience * Overcome objections and win trust * Act with integrity * Follow up with leads consistently and in an organized fashion using our CRM to get them booked ( min. 7 touch mentality) * Leverage the CRM and their support team to maximize the effectiveness for staying on top of lead management * Check Facebook and Instagram Daily to manage & respond to comments on posts and ads. Manage DMs and comments to convert to booked consults. * Boost Reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp etc/ Assist clients with how to leave a review. Manage and respond to reviews. * Assist in Social Media: Facebook, Instagram posts, stories, reels, Tik Tok, etc. Compensation: Base + Commission What we can train: * Knowledge of our non-surgical procedures we offer * Knowledge of our business's procedures and protocols What we cannot train: * Attitude * Sales Skills * Personality * Work Ethic * Team Mentality * Professionalism Experience/Qualifications: * Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills * Proven success in a full commission and/or quota driven environment * Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills * Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach * Experience using a contact tracking system aka CRM Education/Training: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials. Technical or Administrative Knowledge: Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
