Account Director San Diego, California $160,000 to $180,000 + Bonus A leading Facilities/Building Services company is looking for an Account Director to join their team in San Diego, CA.

About the Role

:

• In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic operational plans, and driving successful project execution.
• Managing diverse client portfolios, leading client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage multiple high-profile client relationships
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
• Identify new sales opportunities and process improvements within existing accounts
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Effectively manage client expectations and resolve any conflicts
• Drive team development and foster a collaborative work environment
