Account Director San Diego, California $160,000 to $180,000 + Bonus A leading Facilities/Building Services company is looking for an Account Director to join their team in San Diego, CA. * Be part of a leading global Facilities Management firm * Competitive Salary & Bonus * Working alongside Industry Leaders About the Role: * In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic operational plans, and driving successful project execution. * Managing diverse client portfolios, leading client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple high-profile client relationships * Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery * Identify new sales opportunities and process improvements within existing accounts * Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and provide tailored solutions * Effectively manage client expectations and resolve any conflicts * Drive team development and foster a collaborative work environment * Motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to drive desired actions Essential Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (Preferred, not essential) * Relevant account management experience * P&L Management * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills If you are a ready for a career change, apply today with your most recent resume!
