We are a fast-growing insurance brokerage in San Diego seeking motivated Auto Insurance Agents to join our in-office sales team. This is an on-site position where all sales are conducted telephonically. We provide a steady flow of warm leads every day -- no cold calling required. Responsibilities: * Contact warm inbound and outbound leads by phone * Provide auto insurance quotes and explain coverage options * Recommend appropriate policies based on customer needs * Close sales over the phone and complete required documentation * Maintain accurate records in the CRM * Meet weekly and monthly sales goals * Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up Qualifications: * Active California Property & Casualty (P&C)/Personal Lines license (or ability to obtain quickly) * Prior sales experience preferred (insurance sales a plus) * Strong phone communication and closing skills * Must be able to work full-time in our San Diego office * Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented * Basic computer and CRM proficiency What We Offer: * High-quality leads provided daily * Training and ongoing support * Growth and advancement opportunities * Professional, team-oriented office environment Schedule: * Full-time, in-office only * Monday through Friday If you are driven, competitive, and looking for a position where leads are provided and growth is encouraged, we invite you to apply.
