We are a fast-growing insurance brokerage in San Diego seeking motivated Auto Insurance Agents to join our in-office sales team. This is an on-site position where all sales are conducted telephonically. We provide a steady flow of warm leads every day -- no cold calling required.

Responsibilities

:

• Contact warm inbound and outbound leads by phone
• Provide auto insurance quotes and explain coverage options
• Recommend appropriate policies based on customer needs
• Close sales over the phone and complete required documentation
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up

Qualifications

:

• Active California Property & Casualty (P&C)/Personal Lines license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Prior sales experience preferred (insurance sales a plus)
• Strong phone communication and closing skills
• Must be able to work full-time in our San Diego office
• Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency What We Offer:
