Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to work closely with our CEO/Founder and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who already understands real estate and wants more than just a job--someone who desires to build long-term wealth through real estate ownership and eventually partner on deals. You will be the first point of contact for incoming and outbound leads, responsible for building relationships, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. Your performance directly impacts acquisitions, listings, and the overall growth of the investment portfolio. What You'll Do * Make inbound and outbound sales calls to real estate prospects * Convert leads into qualified appointments through consistent follow-up * Take ownership of assigned leads from first contact to handoff * Track productivity, appointment setting, and conversion metrics * Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation * Participate in weekly accountability and performance meetings * Handle sensitive client, associate, and financial information with integrity * Represent the team professionally as the first point of contact What We're Looking For * Real estate experience is required * Proven background in phone sales, inside sales, or high-volume lead conversion * Strong understanding of real estate terminology and deal flow * High energy, mentally tough, and driven to win * Self-starter who thrives in a metrics-based, accountable environment * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Highly trustworthy with confidential information * Desire to build wealth through real estate ownership and partnership Strong candidates are often top performers in their current roles who are ready to grow into something bigger.
