At ABS Incorporated in San Diego, we're expanding our Entry Level AT&T Assistant team and looking for motivated professionals who excel in face-to- face interactions. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you will meet directly with local business owners to present AT&T's business-grade wireless, internet, and communication solutions. This is a fully in-person, customer- facing role where you'll consult, build relationships, and close sales that help businesses stay connected, productive, and competitive. Every day, you'll use strong customer service and sales skills to help business clients choose the AT&T products that best support their operations. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you will work hands-on with business owners who qualify for upgraded or enhanced AT&T Business services. Our Entry Level AT&T Assistants are driven by growth, excited about new technology, and motivated to help businesses thrive. *Entry Level AT &T Assistant Responsibilities: * Work with businesses and customers to explain the products and services offered to them and answer questions or inquiries they may have * Present products and services to customers, demonstrating the advanced technology systems, features and benefits * Ability to build professional relationships and process sales orders keeping all information confidential * Work with businesses and customers until the full cycle is complete, ensuring satisfaction * Develop an understanding of services to better suit the businesses needs and find the appropriate solution for them * Stay up to date on all service promotions, reporting them back to upper management to increase sales margins *Entry Level AT &T Assistant Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service, retail, sales, business focused role or similar position * Excellent communication skills and abilities to connect with customers * Ability to perform job functions and responsibilities without supervision * Passion for customer service, sales or technology services is a plus * Adaptable in different situations to assist customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
