This pivotal full-time role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with approximately 200 stores in your designated region, ensuring successful promotion and sales of Nulo products aimed to position Nulo as a leader in the premium pet food industry. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Retailer Engagement: * * Conduct quarterly visits to each unique store, fostering a consistent and positive presence. * Build and maintain strong relationships with store employees through regular in-store visits. * Provide in-depth education sessions for store employees, emphasizing the benefits and features of Nulo nutrition products. * Promote and drive participation in the retailer employee discount feeding program. * Attend district-level store leader meetings to stay informed about regional initiatives. * Collaborate with store and district leaders on strategies to optimize sales and enhance brand visibility. * Merchandising Excellence: * * Ensure strategic placement of promotional materials such as flyers and magnets in break areas to maximize visibility and engagement. * Implement merchandising strategies, including limiting Out of Stock (OOS), facing products, and validating Planogram (POG) and Incremental Display placements. * Product Expertise: * * Deliver comprehensive information on the basal nutrition of Nulo products. * Highlight key features and benefits to store teams during visits. * Stay updated on innovations in pet nutrition. YOU BRING: * Previous experience in field account management or a related role. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with store teams. * A passion for dogs and cats. * The drive to deliver results paired with a continuous sense of urgency. * An ability to relate to our active lifestyle positioning and our 'food as fuel' philosophy. * Availability to work standard schedule from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on weekends * Remote field-based position with majority of time spent on site in retail locations * WE PROVIDE: * Competitive base salary. * Incentive compensation plan based on achievement of retailer annual sales plans * Medical, dental & vision benefits plan. * 401K, paid time off, paid holidays.
