About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic TransplantCARE team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships through phone calls, presentations and webinars with assigned book of business. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. Monitor account performance and provide insights for improvement. Ensure timely follow-ups, contract renewals, and account updates. Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): Experience: 1 year in customer account management, sales, or client relations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Supervision: Report to Director of Account Management.
