Full description of the position
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, sales centric Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts Key Responsibilities * Convert prospects to residents by assessing needs and presenting appropriate services and programs. * Respond promptly to all inquiries and provide accurate community information. * Maintain complete CRM records and perform daily cold calling of leads. * Conduct outside business development calls to meet weekly referral goals. * Build and maintain referral relationships with residents, families, and professional partners. * Plan and execute prospect and referral events and follow up on all leads. * Partner with the Director of Marketing on marketing plans and promotional materials. Qualifications * Senior living sales experience required. * Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, with proven closing success. Schedule & Compensation * On-site, Monday-Friday business hours with occasional evenings/weekends; not remote. * Competitive salary, excellent commission plan, and comprehensive benefits.Paychex, Inc
