What You 'll Do as an AT&T Client Representative * Engage with customers in person to understand their wireless needs and provide exceptional customer service while executing effective sales strategies. * Build trust from the first introduction by listening actively and offering tailored sales solutions that reflect AT&T's value. * Develop a strong command of AT&T plans, devices, and features to confidently support customer service questions and guide informed sales decisions. * Support new customers through the full enrollment experience by combining excellent customer service with smooth, professional sales delivery. * Conduct follow-up check-ins to ensure long-term satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and reinforce consistent customer service expectations. * Collaborate with fellow AT&T Client Representative team members to refine messaging, improve sales performance, and uphold uniform customer service standards. * Maintain accurate client notes and follow company processes to ensure reliable customer service documentation and transparent sales workflows.
