Position Overview We are seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Representative to drive new business and grow customer relationships in the Austin metropolitan area. This role owns the entire sales process--from prospecting to closing and ongoing relationship management. This position offers flexibility: we measure success by results, not hours. While office work is not required, regular on-site visits with customers and prospects are essential. This is not a "work-from-home-only" role. Key Responsibilities * Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, closing, and account growth * Identify and engage small to mid-sized businesses that can benefit from managed IT and security services * Conduct on-site customer meetings, assessments, and presentations * Understand customer business needs and translate them into holistic IT and security solutions * Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate and effective proposals * Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers * Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Required Qualifications * Must be located in the Austin metropolitan area * Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in: * Managed Services (MSP) * Managed Security Services (MSSP) * IT services, cybersecurity, or related technology solutions * Experience running a full sales cycle * Comfortable meeting customers on-premises on a regular basis * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Preferred Qualifications * Existing network or relationships in the Austin business community * Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity concepts * Experience selling recurring-revenue services Work Environment & Flexibility * No requirement to work from the office * 100% remote in terms of office location * Not 100% work-from-home -- regular customer site visits are mandatory * Flexible schedule focused on outcomes, not clocked hours What We Offer * Competitive compensation (base + commission or commission-focused, depending on experience) * Flexible working structure * Opportunity to sell meaningful, high-impact solutions * A company culture focused on trust, accountability, and customer success * Growth opportunities as the company expands Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * We do not look for people how are not located in or willing to move to the Austin metropolitan area.
