Overview
We are seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Representative to drive new business and grow customer relationships in the Austin metropolitan area. This role owns the entire sales process--from prospecting to closing and ongoing relationship management. This position offers flexibility: we measure success by results, not hours. While office work is not required, regular on-site visits with customers and prospects are essential. This is not a "work-from-home-only" role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, closing, and account growth
- Identify and engage small to mid-sized businesses that can benefit from managed IT and security services
- Conduct on-site customer meetings, assessments, and presentations
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into holistic IT and security solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate and effective proposals
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in the Austin metropolitan area
- Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in:
- Managed Services (MSP)
- Managed Security Services (MSSP)
- IT services, cybersecurity, or related technology solutions
- Experience running a full sales cycle
- Comfortable meeting customers on-premises on a regular basis
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network or relationships in the Austin business community
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity concepts
- Experience selling recurring-revenue services

- Not 100% work-from-home -- regular customer site visits are mandatory
