Somerville Co. business model and how we operate at every level of our company from warehousing and distribution to sales and management all while earning a salary. If ever in doubt, your assigned mentor is just a phone call away at any point during the program. By the end of the program, you will be able to: * Make timely and effective decisions that drive the supply chain process * Speak knowledgeably about all of the products and technical specs within our inventory offering * Navigate through our sophisticated sales process with ease and confidence * Integrate all of these fundamentals to best meet the needs of our diverse customer base and maintain repeat business * The purpose is to prepare you to become a trailblazer in sales and management in one of the markets we serve, which covers Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Washington DC.
