Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome patients with a friendly smile and a positive attitude * Present treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm, focusing on helping patients understand the value of recommended care. * Review financial arrangements, insurance coverage, and payment options in a way that encourages commitment to treatment. * Consistently follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment to maximize case acceptance and office production. * Track and report case acceptance metrics, contributing to office growth targets. * Collaborate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure treatment presentations are accurate and aligned with patient needs. * Our team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional, customer-focused experience that fosters trust and long-term patient relationships. Qualifications: * The only required skill is that you are an outgoing, charismatic person who can build great connections with people. * Previous dental office experience in treatment coordination, sales, or case presentation preferred. * Proven experience in treatment coordination, sales, or case presentation strongly preferred. * Strong ability to overcome objections and close treatment plans. * High level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven. * Proficiency with dental software systems (experience with [insert office software if known] a plus). * Bi-lingual in English and Spanish-would be a plus.
