Your Responsibilities * \uD83D\uDD39 Self-Generating Sales Activities: Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, canvassing, and community engagement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers. * \uD83D\uDD39 Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and offer expert advice on our roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling services. Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. * \uD83D\uDD39 Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maximizing your earning potential through commission-based compensation. * \uD83D\uDD39 Prescheduled Leads: Convert pre-scheduled appointments into satisfied customers using your excellent communication and presentation skills. Who You Are * Self-motivated, confident, and ambitious , with a strong desire to succeed. * Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. * Goal-driven and eager to meet and exceed sales targets. * Valid driver's license required. * Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed. * Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders to assess roofs.
