Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. RESTORATION EXPERIENCE A PLUS Duties * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking within the industry. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and drive sales. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. * Lead presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing technology solutions tailored to their needs. * Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of service.
