The Role Smash My Trash is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional sales and operations skills as well as a track record of outstanding achievement to lead our team in the Fort Wayne market. You Will Be Overseeing the daily operations of a Smash My Trash franchise business within a defined territory Operating a Smash Truck to provide service to our customers and overseeing others who do the same. Scheduling and coordinating on-site demos (which is the cornerstone of our sales process), presenting a custom proposal, and managing prospect communication.
