Job Summary Full time job Monday - Saturday Pay 14 - 19 based on experience This is a sale job, your job is to sell products. We are a business to business only and do not deal with the general public. Job duties are : Pull customer order via list or phone call orders Ring customer orders and box them Help customer find products, recommend new items and increase sales During slow time help stock/front selfs and help other associates as needed Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate - Sales and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution environment! Duties * Assist customers in locating products and answering sales-related inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism * Prepare and organize merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment * Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and updates in the warehouse management system * Support the sales team by processing sales orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently * Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe to promote a productive work environment * Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve overall workflow * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly Requirements * Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities * Basic understanding of sales processes and inventory management is preferred * Ability to lift heavy items safely and stand for extended periods during shifts * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively * Willingness to learn new systems and procedures related to warehouse operations and sales support * Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus but not required * A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us today and be part of an energetic environment where your contributions directly impact our success!
