Job Overview As an Inside Insurance Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll engage prospects through outbound telemarketing, inbound inquiries, and follow-up communications. Your role is to understand customer needs, explain appropriate insurance coverages, and guide clients toward the best solutions. Success in this role comes from building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and consistently meeting sales goals.. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Licensed Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products while providing exceptional customer service. Duties * Engage in outside sales activities to identify and cultivate new client relationships * Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products * Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads in a timely manner. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract potential clients * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective customers * Assist clients with benefits administration and provide ongoing support for their insurance needs * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
