KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage thoughtfully with clients on the sales floor, offering warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service across home, garden, and design offerings * Build long-term client relationships through attentive selling, follow-through, and a genuine interest in customer needs * Contribute to sales goals through proactive recommendations, cross-selling, and a solution-oriented approach * Learn our products, stories, and seasonal focus in order to guide and inspire customers with confidence * Collaborate with the retail team to support store goals, visual standards, and daily operations * Accurately perform operational tasks by handling transactions, receiving, and merchandise support, including assisting with loading when needed * Help maintain the beauty, order, and atmosphere of the store, garden, and shared workspaces * Participate in store events, floor moves, inventory, and team meetings as needed SKILLS * A professional, reliable team player with a strong work ethic * Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated and willing to take initiative without constant direction * Communicates clearly and works well alongside others REQUIREMENTS * Part-time role with flexible scheduling * Minimum of two Saturdays per month * Availability for some weekends, holidays, and early mornings * Ability to work across locations, including the Flagship Store and Warehouse Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Work Location: In person
