Join us in sparking joy, exploration, and sustainability across our community! _ Your Role as a Sales Associate_ As a Sales Associate, you'll: Welcome customers with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude. Guide customers in selecting the perfect eBike for their needs. Conduct test rides to showcase eBike features and benefits. Maintain a clean and inviting showroom. Stay up-to-date on the latest eBike models and technology. Support rental operations when needed. _ Who We're Looking For_ We're seeking a team member who: Has 1+ year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles. Is motivated to achieve sales targets while managing multiple priorities. Is eBike-savvy (or excited to learn!) with a strong understanding of riding techniques and a commitment to safety. Has a passion for educating and empowering customers. Is available to work weekends. _ What You'll Do_ Create a friendly first impression: greet walk-ins, answer phones, and guide test rides. Provide clear, enthusiastic product details to help customers find their perfect eBike. Collaborate with our skilled mechanics to fulfill every customer's needs.
